孫娘の３歳の誕生日にチョコムースケーキを作りました♪
このムース…生クリームに、チョコをまぜ、パータポンヌを入れて、イタメレまで入っているという大作です。

出来た！！

と～レースペーパーを敷こうとしたら…落としそうになって、親指をケーキに突っ込んでしまいまい…なんともブスな仕上がりになりました。

でも…お味は手間暇をかけただけのことはあって…秒で、みんなのお腹におさまり、笑顔が溢れました。

楽しいから笑うのではなく、笑うから楽しい。そんな気づきがありました。

3 YEARS OLD BIRTHDAY CAKE

My granddaughter turned three, and to celebrate her birthday, I made a chocolate mousse cake. I was sure this mousse was a masterpiece.

“Finally, it’s done!”

As I was about to place the lace paper, I almost dropped it and accidentally stuck my thumb into the cake. It looked rather unattractive.

But the taste! It was worth all the effort. In seconds, it disappeared into everyone’s stomachs, and smiles filled the room.

I realized that it’s not that we laugh because things are fun; rather, things become fun because we laugh.
