Day 5 Beartooth Pass

Created By ondoku3.com
We stayed at a lakeside cottage, which had one room, two beds, one sofa.

We, three boys and three girls stayed there.

We rode around the northern part of Yellowstone National Park.

We took Route 212 from the northeast gate.

We planned to ride through Cooke City to Red Lodge.

We’ll have lunch there and then return to Motel 8 in Cody.

The route 212 is called Beartooth Pass, which is known as one of the most beautiful highways in the U.S.

The approximate elevation rise is from 5,200 ft (1,580 m) to 10,947 ft (3,337 m) in twelve miles (19 km) in the most daring landscapes.

Even in summer, sometimes it snows there.

We were lucky enough to have a beautiful sunny day.

We could see some snow on the mountains and feel the fresh air.

We took Route 72 from Red Lodge and then took Route 120 to Cody.

Turning every curve, we could see different sceneries.

What that mountain! Is it a devil’s mountain?

In my bike’s rearview mirror, I saw a cool mountain, which is called Pilot Peak.

We enjoyed gorgeous riding again.
