Day 12 Buffalo Chips

This morning, the weather was wonderful, so we decided to visit Custer State Park to see wild buffalos.

There’s no guarantee that we would always see buffaloes at a designated spot.

I rode my motorcycle with a hunter’s spirit.

Pat warned me to watch out for buffalo chips on the road.

I learned that “buffalo chips” means buffalo droppings.

We have never come across these words in exams, we may not use them in city life, but I was excited to learn these new phrases.

We rode through grasslands, rocky hills, and caves, searching for wild animals.

I had the opportunity to encounter a large herd of buffalo heading into the woods.

We took the artificial interstate highways and rode through the abandoned wilderness to get here, so the scenery was filled with a warmth that gently embraced our hearts.
