Don’t believe too strongly that hard work always pays off.

Hard work is like buying a lottery ticket.

If you don’t buy a ticket, you can’t win.

In the same way, you can’t succeed without working hard.

But making an effort doesn’t always mean you will succeed.

To succeed, you need hard work, and a little luck.
