Mary responded. “It goes, moo.”
Then, he asked, “Peter, what noise does a cat make?”
Peter replied, “It goes, meow.”
Finally, he questioned one last child, “Bill, what sound does a mouse make?”
Bill replied. “It goes, click!”
be in charge of A:「~を担当・管理・して」
in a circle:「輪になって」in a line:「列になって」
principal of a kindergarten:「幼稚園の園長」presidentではありません。
stand in a line「列に立って並んでいる」≒get in (a) line:「列に並ぶ」
なので、正解は…3.Peter was able to answer the teacher’s questions easily.
