ラルカザールというスペインの城の名前のついたタルトケーキを作りました。

シュクレ生地にラズベリーのジャムとほのかにラム酒が香る大人のタルトです。

「中学高校で英語を勉強してきたのに、英語が喋れません。

外国人の友達が欲しい」という人がいますが、どうなんでしょうか？

外国人の友達が欲しいなら、言葉を覚えることが先じゃなく、一緒に楽しめる何かを持つことだと思うんです。

ローマ、ナポリをイタリアのharley仲間と走ったことがありますが、みんな流ちょうな英語なんて話してませんでしたよ。

I have crafted a tart cake named after the Spanish castle, La Alcazar.

This sophisticated dessert has a layer of raspberry jam and almond cream with the aroma of rum.

It’s a tart for adults with its unique combination of flavors.

Some people say “Though I have studied English throughout middle and high school, I still find myself unable to speak the language.

I want to make foreign friends.” What do you think about that? 

If you want to make foreign friends, I believe it’s not about learning the language first, but rather sharing something enjoyable together.

I’ve had the experience of riding through Rome and Naples with Italian Harley enthusiasts.

Though we couldn’t use fluent English, we had a wonderful ride.

What is most important is finding common interests and creating shared memories in order to go beyond language barriers.
