Since my son and his wife had a baby boy, my wife and I went to their house to help out with various things. In the morning, we took our 2-year-old granddaughter to a nearby park. Since it was a holiday weekend, there were a lot of families there. Soon I realized that most of them were young families… and it was rare to see grandparents like us riding the slide with our grandchild, making louder “whoa!” sounds than her as we slid down together. While giving my granddaughter a piggyback ride, I suddenly felt a wet sensation on my head.
By the way, does anyone know of a paper that mentions how a grandchild’s drool might have a positive effect on hair growth?

午前中は、２歳になったばかりの孫娘を近くの公園に連れ出しました。
連休ということもあって、ファミリーが大勢来ていました。
よーく見ると、どこも若い家族連れで…自分たちのようなジジババが、孫と一緒に滑り台に乗って、孫よりも大きな声で「わー」と効果音をあげながら滑る姿はレアでした。
孫娘を肩車していると…あれれ～。頭に濡れてくる感覚がありました。
