Welcome to “Shiny Side Up Café.”
This site is for Harley Davidson enthusiasts who want to ride across the U.S.
I have had thirteen times “once-in-a-life-time” adventures; like Explore the U.S. with Harley-Davidson. I may be able to give some tips to Harley riders who will ride across the world in the future. If you need some, please let me know.
Also, I want to find new friends who will support me on my next journey in the U.S.
From previous experiences, I had learned a lot of things. What is the most important lesson among what I’ve learned is to express gratitude to the family that welcomed me. For example, after one of my Harley friends and I enjoyed riding, he kindly offered me a place to stay at his house. That’s why I visited his home. Of course, his wife prepared for some supper with a smile and his son offered his room to me, saying “Yes, good, good night.” I realized that I was pursuing my dream, but I unintentionally caused inconvenience to those around me, I mean, I don’t want to bother people around me. I want those around me to feel happy as well. That’ why I started to learn how to bake. If I bake some sweets during my stay, his or her family will enjoy a special moment with me.
In order to receive your support, it’s also important for you to understand what kind of person I am. That’s why I write down how my ordinary day is on family blog. Now my motto is : Sunlight Roads or Rainy Kitchens
In addition, I am a Japanese English teacher. I want young Japanese people to go abroad and broaden their horizons. That’s why I try to use easy English and write down some tips for reading.
Please, relax and enjoy Shiny Side Up Cafe to the fullest. Thank you for being here. I’m look forward to sharing many fantastic moments with you!
